This listing is for the Toad and Flowers Hokusai Japan Ink & Watercolor Wood Framed shown in the photos.

The only info I have is from what is written on the back (as shown in the final three photos). It notes it's called Toad and Flowers, from ink and watercolor on paper, credited to the Japanese (school of Hokusai) XIX century. It also includes the following: "Although this toad is not constructed with any Western skeletal logic, the witty brush has patterned his texture to express his greed and grab. The artist has arranged the space between the beast and the plant as exquisitely as the rest of the design." I do not have any way of confirming if this was an original, reproduction, or exactly when it was made but it obviously looks quite old (although I'm not an art expert), the image searches provided no other examples of this piece with the flowers in color.

Please review the photos and condition description seller notes above for important details. The outer dimensions of the frame is about 11" x 13", the visible portion of the art in the frame between the matting is about 4.75" x 6.5", I haven't tried to take it out of the frame to see the actual paper size under the frame but it's likely 8 x 10 or less.
