"Graft in Concrete!", art by Jack Davis; Hornsby gruffly enters the Mayor's office planning to threaten the Mayor to get the road contract he was after, but the Mayor tells him the City Council will vote on that at the regular meeting; a member demands the new road also go through his town cemetery. "Joker!" text story by William M. Gaines. "Half-Way Horrible!", art by Sid Check; a voodoo witch doctor story. "Hook, Line, and Stinker!", script by Bill Gaines (co-plot) and Albert B. Feldstein (co-plot, script), art by Graham Ingels; Bernice was tired of his Saturday fishing trips and all the fish-mounted trophies she had to care for; One Saturday morning, she followed him on one of his trips where she discovered that he was cheating on her.
