Here’s a lovely lot of three black and white photographs of adults and children in Halloween costumes dating from 1932 to 1943. The witch photo is unmarked and I’m honestly unsure if it’s a copy or actual photo due to the paper weight. It’s certainly unique and very interestingly eerie nonetheless. Notice the pulp black cat head-on-fence lantern in the photo marked 1943 with the children all dressed up for trick or treating. The fellow in the devil costume dated 1932 has something written on the back, but uncertain what it says other than the date. It appears to be written possibly in German and the handwriting was too difficult to translate so my apologies in advance if it’s says anything inappropriate.

The trio of photographs are in vintage condition consistent with age, handling and storage. The photo with the children in costume has some curling on the right side with some paper loss on the lower right corner. The witch photo has a crease on the lower left corner. No tears or pinholes. Wonderful remaining glimpses of Halloween past. 

These photos display extremely well together and complements any vintage Halloween display and/or collection. Great condition.
