Semi-sheer, black vintage or antique cotton voile blouse with embroidery. In good vintage condition. There is a faded patch of fabric on the front and some white smudges on the back of one of the sleeves. Suspect the white smudges will come out with a cleaning. The fading is there to stay, but difficult to see unless in direct light (tried to capture in photo). The body of the blouse has plenty of fabric, but the smaller sizing comes with the arm holes which would comfortably fit a small or medium.
