This is a mood mark limited edition fountain pen by Sailor Fountain Pens, one of the leading fountain pen manufacturers in Japan, established 111 years ago.
The cap subtly depicts Monkey D. Luffy's iconic straw hat, and the cap ring is decorated with the two lines in a regular Sailor fountain pen as a Calm Belt, with "GRAND LINE" engraved on the front of the letters between them and "NEW WORLD" on the back. The 14k gold pen is then engraved with the original anchor and rope motifs and the year 1997, the year the manga was serialized.
