This is a tool developed to produce a loose ring on a child’s rattle, curtain rings or bangles on spindle work. Simply present the tool to the work with the leading edge/ horn and produce one side of the ring. Then turn the tool over to produce the other side, once the cut is complete the ring will be loose.
