Beginning with the popular color photo directory of sekitori-shu rikishi in keshomawashi (ceremonial kimono), this year's directory includes photographs of all sumo wrestlers by stable, and has been upgraded with more information and larger text in an easier-to-read layout!　The extensive commentary that reveals the charm and true faces of the wrestlers is a must-see. Basic information such as first ring ranking, highest rank, total record, number of championships and three prizes won, blood type, and introductions to gyoji, yobidashi, and tokoyama are of course included. An index is included, making it convenient to check on the rikishi you are looking for. An illustrated map showing the prefectures where many rikishi are from is also included.
