This Roho Permobil Mosaic 20" x 18" Inflatable Seat/Wheelchair Cushion & Standard Cover is an open box item, but appears to be unused.  The only thing opened in the package was the cushion itself!

I inflated the cushion to be sure that it doesn't leak using the provided pump and found that it inflates quite easily by hand, although it takes a lite bit of time... Just slide the pump over the valve and twist to make sure the valve is open.   Once you reach the desired hardness, just twist the valve in the opposite direction to keep the air in.  The cushion kept its air for as long as I had it inflated.

The box also includes the pump, instructions, cushion cover (which has never been opened) and a patch kit, (which also has never been opened.)

The cushion is 20" x 18".
