Has signs of wear, the cable has some electrical tape covering a section of it.

The alarm clock powers on but the time digits move rapidly and do not stop, I could not figure out how to set the time and stop the digits from moving. This could be due to a fault with the clock or my user error, please consider this if interested in the clock. I would not accept a return based on it not working. This could be considered for display or to figure out / fix.
