unique birds eye view perspective. 
 
Measures approx. 34'' x 42'' 

Map & folder guide booklet are in good condition with some age & handling wear. 
Approx. 7 tears / holes on the fold crease lines. Most are small but 2 are approx. 
1'' long .  ( see pics. # 13, #14, & #15 )

FYI : I could not fold the map exactly as it was before I opened it. ( see last photo  )
