This 1976 quadraphonic album from Angel Records (S-37251) consists of works by Henry Purcell celebrating the birthdays of Queen Mary in 1692 and 1694. They are performed by The Early Music Consort of London, playing modern reproductions of 1600s-era instruments conducted by David Munrow. Album notes are in English, written by Maurice Bevan.

This album includes a four-page booklet containing full orchestra credits and the lyrics in English.

The outer sleeve shows a small collection index sticker in the upper right corner of the back (Photo 2). The plastic inner sleeve pokes out of the outer sleeve slightly.

This is one of many titles from an extensive collection of classical LPs and CDs that we will be listing here. All have been carefully stored for many years, played only on premium equipment, and show little to no wear.
