See the photos for the condition - some general handling/storage/age-related blemishes mainly noticeable around the folds, edges and corners. This includes paper loss to the top right edge and a 6cm tear to the top edge. There are also pin-holes to the corners and old tape residue around the edges. And a 1cm split across one of the cross-folds.
