During sports driving, where engine speed fluctuates intensely, standard radiator hoses can collapse like a straw under suction pressure and vibration. This is especially true when replacing with a larger radiator, which increases the volume of water being drawn in. In sports driving, the "collapse" phenomenon due to suction pressure is a greater issue than bursting under high water pressure. Once this "collapse" occurs, it won't return to normal even at idle speed, leading to overheating. Spoon has developed thick SEP material radiator hoses with high resistance to deformation, similar to race-specific aluminum pipes.
