At The Time Keeper office we make sure that each and every product is thoroughly checked before it is sent out to the respected customer in order to ensure their satisfaction with our products.We offer hassle free returns with in 30 days after the buyer has received the product and only if the buyer meets our terms and conditions for returns. Keeping this in mind, we are not responsible for the condition of the product as soon as it leaves our premises and is shipped out for the respected customer's location as we have no control over the how the product is handled. Returns will only be accepted if the buyer is not satisfied with how the watch compares to the description of the product. Please contact us through our email or through Ebay messages and we shall gladly offer you a refund. Terms of refund include that the shipped product is returned in the same condition as it was shipped to the buyer and with all the items that were included, such as factory plastic wrapping, tags and paperwork. The buyer must also recheck their shipping address as we are not responsible for incorrect addresses that will result in returns to be declined.
