Vintage Roos Bros. California Black Dahlia Blue Ribbon Trim Tilt Hat Fascinator

This vintage Roos Bros. California black dahlia blue ribbon trim tilt hat fascinator dates from the 1940s. It is made of a black wool felt fabric base, with black silk velvet dahlia flowers and baby blue silk grosgrain ribbon ruched trim covering it. This beautiful black dahlia women's hat has a tilt fascinator style worn at an angle and held onto the back of the head with an attached rigid ring underneath, small hair comb, a small round flat saucer shape and a "Roos Bros. California" store label sewn inside. The hat measures 7 inches wide across. It is in excellent condition. This is truly a wonderful piece of quality made wearable millinery art!
