This is a very attractive vintage babydoll set by top lingerie designer Linea Donatella.

 

In palest ivory (almost white!), it is made from a gleaming, ultra-smooth satin, sheer, soft, floaty chiffon and luxury pearl lace.

 

Elegantly styled, the babydoll has gathered satin cups and stunning embroidered cutwork lace at the neckline, with fabulous shaped edges, iridescent sequins that catch the light and tiny pearls - see photos. There's a satin ribbon trim beneath the bust and the back is cut straight and fairly low, with gentle elastication for a perfect fit.

The skirt flares down to the hemline. It's full, floaty and very sheer!

To complete the set there's a delightful satin thong with strappy sides and back.

 

Size notes: the set is labelled XL and the babydoll suits about 38-42" bust. The length is 32", shoulder to hem, with adjustable straps. The top band of the panty stretches easily from 30-46".

 

The set is in excellent condition with crisp, original inner labels. It has been laundered for freshness and looks brand new!

 

A really gorgeous babydoll set - luxurious fabrics with all the styling and attention to detail you would expect from a top designer. Highly recommended.
