Porcelain vase measuring 10x3.5x3.5cm

I believe this is Romanian or possibly Hungarian or German. It may be some sort of Brandy vessel. Beautifully made with stamp to bottom.

Hopefully someone will know its origins and worth and can add it to their collection. I have seen another for sale on Etsy for over $100

Having recently moved back here from England, I am starting my ebaying again.
