Designed for the 1/32 scale Dragon kit, this set corrects an error as the kit's propeller twist direction is the wrong way around.
Hamilton Standard 11ft 2in rounded tip cuffed propellers, part number K, (or J) -6523A were fitted to all P-51B/C and most P-51D Mustang aircraft.
For RAAF modellers, applicable type/serial ranges are:
* P-51D Mustang A68-1001,
* P-51D Mustang A68-600 to A68-721,
* CA-17 Mustang Mk.20 A68-1 to A68-80,
* CA-18 Mustang Mk.21 A68-95 to A68-120.
Designed for the 1/32 scale Dragon kit.
* Useable on other brand kits designed with separate prop blades such as Trumpeter and Hasegawa at modeller test and adjustment as required.
The two part prop blade construction of the Tamiya kits and single piece prop of the Zoukei-Mura kit would preclude use of this set to all but the most resolute modeller willing to do some serious plastic engineering!
As this is a simple replacement part design for the Dragon kit, no instructions are included.
