11 Original Vintage Kodachrome Slides Apollo 15 Broadcast Moon Flag 1971. These slides feature pictures taken of the live television broadcast of the astronauts David Scott and James Irwin raising the American flag on the moon during the Apollo 15 Mission. These pictures were taken during the live broadcast on August 1st, 1971, by soldiers stationed at Fort Bragg (Liberty).
