Book is removed from cover but may be repaired by professional. Does stay kept in place with the latch closed. But again it is not connected and I refuse to glue it. Book has fragile outside pages while inside, some seem in good flexible condition. They are still delicate and fragile regardless of what my opinion is. Cover has wear and soft corners but overall good condition for the age. Photos inside are beautifully done.
