COMMERCIAL CORRESPONDENCE re: ENAMEL AUTO PAINT 1958

regarding lettering over enamel paint on vehicles. There seems to have been a problem

with lettering applied to a truck prior to enamel paint completely drying/hardening.

No postal markings on the back. The letter is in good shape.

The cover has some corner and edge damage.
