Ruth Radford landscape watercolour on artists paper. Signed bottom left hand corner. I believe the painting is of Vancouver Island near Victoria. Size is 8.75 by 11 inches, Size of the framed painting is 15.5 by 19.50 inches. The painting is in excellent used condition. It is double matted and framed. Will ship without the glass.

Ruth Radford was born in Massachusetts, USA, circa. 1894-1982. She exhibited at the Art Gallery of Toronto 8th. Annual Exhibition of the Canadian Society of Graphic Art in 1931. Also showed at the Canadian National Exhibition in Toronto annual fair in 1931. She moved to B.C. in the late 1940's and exhibited at the 16th British Columbia Artists Exhibition Jury show, Sept 20th-Oct 12th, 1947 at the Vancouver Art Gallery, Vancouver B.C.
