On the front cover are pictures of the WABC DJs; Dan Ingram, Herb Oscar Anderson, Charlie Greer, Fred Hall, Sam Holman, Cousin Bruce Morrow and Scott Muni. #1 song was Please Mr. Postman - Marvelettes. #2, Big Bad John - Jimmy Dean. #3, Runaround Sue - Dion. #4, You're The Reason - Bobby Edwards. #5, The Lion Sleeps Tonight - The Tokens. #6, Tower Of Strength - Gene McDaniels. #7, Peppermint Twist Part 1 - Joey Dee & The Starlighters. #8, Goodbye Cruel World - James Darren. #9, Heartaches - The Marcels. #10, Fool No. 1 - Brenda Lee. #16, The Twist - Cubby Checker. Survey is in good condition; has blue ink marks next to most songs; measures 7 x 7.
