The model is a 32 Scale 1930 Le Mans 4.5L Supercharged Bentley.

The back of the card details the cars technical data.

It is unassembled but complete, the packaging is unopened if a bit tatty.

These kits are rare items due to the fragile packaging which often comes apart.
