This rare book is in clean and solid condition, though it appears that the first blank inside page has been torn out, and there is a large tear on pre-title page. Otherwise pages are all intact as is binding which is in good condition. Covers have light wear including some marks and light stains, scuffs, and light weathering around corners and edges. Book has 6 cloth placeholders which are attached though are fraying and worn. Outside edge of book block has a few light scratches and scuffs. Pre title page has price written, and last two pages have notes and a sticker from former owner (see photo) but overall pages appear to be be in good and clean condition with no other writing or underlining found.
