They have all been minted as 'Reverse Frosted' Silver Proofs on both sides of each coin, with some very low mintages as follows:

2000 Silver Proof Welsh design (Dragon) - only 1,194 coins issued.
2001 Silver Proof Irish design (Celtic Cross) - only 1,540 coins issued.
2002 Silver Proof English design (Three Lions) - only 1,540 coins issued.
