CANADA 43 VF Mint 6c Small Queens BLOCK PERF ERROR $1,200.00

1891-1897 6c red brown Queen Victoria Small Queen issue, 2nd Ottawa printing, from B/C plate (without guide dots at lower left), a well centered mint hinged block of four, with diagonal pre-perforating crease (on top stamps) which resulted in an interesting "perf jump" at top left. Overall fresh and well centered, small spot of missing gum on upper left stamp mentioned for the record.
