1870-1871 3c deep rose Queen Victoria Small Queen on THICK SOFT FIBROUS PAPER, used and actually quite well centered for this notoriously poorly centered stamp, with a few perf chads attached (almost a requisite for this stamp), with indistinct 2-ring numeral cancel, fresh and attractively example of this elusive and very distinctive paper variety.
