Green full morocco leather binding for Asprey and Co. Ltd. with gilt titles and decoration to the spine, gilt decoration to the boards, all page edges gilt, inner paste down edges gilt, wear to the front board edge, marks to the boards.

Marbled end papers with the Asprey mark to the bottom of the front board.

Numerous laid-on full-colour plates, good quality paper and very clear text, bibliographical summary, index of names and places with a list of plates at the rear.
