This nice hand made leather bag is most probably Swedish, aquired at a retro Swedish store. 60's 70's bag, Artisian, hand made from olive colored leather, hand tooled with long strap as seen. Drawstring closure. 

It is used and has signs of wear on the outside and inside. I haven't attempted to clean it in any way, selling it in it's authentic state.
