Taken from a 1990 Ford F-150, but I'm sure this was used in other models, and model years, as well- look at all pictures, and check your numbers and applications BEFORE you buy. This does NOT fit all models and all model years!   

Condition is above average for it's age. The base is intact and not cracked or broken. The lens is intact, and has no more than the very lightest scratches from typical use. The wiring terminals and light bulb terminals are reasonably clean. This light has been tested and works as it should. Includes a used, working light bulb and 2 mounting screws.
