• You are welcome to collect any of my items from Ealing, West London.  In this case, cash on collection is my preferred method of payment.

• I am happy to combine shipping costs on multiple auctions wherever possible.  Please wait until all of your items have ended and request a combined invoice BEFORE paying.  Items paid separately will be sent separately.

• If you notice that I have accidentally overcharged you on shipping costs, please email me and I will be happy to refund the difference (minus a small packaging charge).

• I can't get to the post office every day, but I aim to ship all items on (or before) the first saturday after I receive your payment.

• I always get proof of posting and will do what I can to help you with your post office claim if an item goes missing. I offer regular 2nd class or airmail by default to try and keep prices as low as possible, but if you want me to look into tracking or insurance, please let me know.
  
  

• I expect payment within seven days of the end of the auction (unless we have agreed otherwise), and will open an unpaid item case if payment is not received within that time.
  
  
• No returns or refunds!  I try to describe items to the best of my ability, but please feel free to ask any questions before you bid.
