OUR STANDARD PRACTICES

Our inventory is stored in a smoke free, pet free, climate controlled environment. However, we don’t always know the previous history or care of our pre-owned items.

 

All pre-owned items are lightly cleaned but may show some wear as they are not new.  All Pre-Owned clothing is washed on gentle using Hypoallergenic Detergents (free of Perfumes & Dyes).

 

 

OUR SHIPPING PRACTICES

All PAID orders will be shipped the next business day.

 

We ship Monday – Saturday to the lower 48 U.S. states using various carriers, including but not limited to: USPS, UPS, FedEx & DHL.  We do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, or internationally.   The shipping carrier/service will be selected at our discretion based upon location, item weight & quickest transit time.  A tracking number will be provided when applicable.  (kindly note the estimated delivery dates provided by eBay are not guaranteed & transit times will vary by carrier.
