Looks like the entries are for  Mr. P. A. Canfield, Richard/Rick Deyo. 

Interesting content such that you would find in an old country store:   lard, pepper, berries, chicken, rice, whisk broom, mustard, raisins, sugar, codfish, potatoes, butter, cheese, varnish, eggs, seeds, corn, blacking, cocoa nut, coffee, lead, plaster paris, tea, nutmeg, bar soap, pears and so much more!

I'm sorry that I can't seem to find more info on these 2 men.

Excellent original early family and/or town genealogy, history, antique, collectible heirloom and/or ephemera.
