Holbein Artist Colored Pencils are oil-based colored pencils with finely selected pigments, softly molded and adjusted to meet the high demands of professionals. As a coloring medium, it has excellent quickness to apply the necessary colors one after the other without staining the hands.

4. Can paint over watercolors, gouache, and acrylics
It fixes well on any paper and can be used with watercolors and acrylics.

If you draw on the screen with colored pencils in advance and then dissolve and blur the surface with "Merz", you can create a watercolor-like finish.
