-          We are a low volume dealer that focuses on quality. All of our pre-owned items are fully inspected under magnification, tested, cleaned, and lubricated prior to being offered for sale. We strive to accurately portray the condition of each item and stand behind our products if there are any issues encountered. Just let us know if you have a problem and we will work to resolve it in a fair manner for all parties.

-          We pack our items like we would want to receive them. Items are shipped in boxes (not easily crushed envelopes) with adequate padding circling the entire item. Our goal is to avoid shipping damage, so you receive the product you ordered in the condition described.

-          We combine shipping when possible. Most items can be added to an order and you will only pay for the added weight and/or girth. Please use the Add to Cart feature in eBay or contact us prior to payment so we can send you a customized invoice reflecting the combined shipping discount.

-          We offer fast shipping. Most items ordered before 1:00 PM CT will ship the same day. All other times will ship by the next business day.
