This vintage 1964 copyright Simplicity 5446 printed pattern is for 12 inch teen age dolls like Barbie, Tammy, Jan, and Terry.

I combine shipping in that you pay actual shipping for everything packed into one package. There is a request total button on the checkout page if using a laptop or desktop computer. Apparently, the mobile app does not have this feature. If you cannot find the button or eBay leads you to pay the shipping per item, I refund the excess paid.
