Size 11 blue mirror foamposite no og box or insoles but will come with a replacement box they are cracking on the paint around the shoe due to wear every pair of blue mirrors does this with wear unfortunately, I show this in the pictures they were worn with sole protectors so still pretty icy, ships same day feel free to ask questions
