1. We offer a 30 days returns policy. Any returning must advise us first to get a return address.
2. The item must be returned in good condition and with all the original package, including cartons, parts and instructions manual etc.
3. Item not defective after testing or wrong item ordered by buyer will be returned at buyer's expense.
4. We are not responsible for item lost during returning.
5. For quality problems, need to provide video files and picture files for verification.
6. If the warehouse sent the wrong goods, please provide the logistics label and product barcode.
7. For quality problems, we will give you an option to choose for a full refund or replacement item to be sent.
8. The buyer shall bear the freight for return of non defective items.
9.  After receiving the returned package, we need 3 working days for the return warehouse to verify the quantity of the goods and whether it is artificially damaged. 
10. We will report to the police if the returned quantity does not match the purchase, or if the returned product is not the product we sell, as well as man-made damage.

We offers the following warranty valid for items that are considered defected. products purchased from distributors or resellers are not covered by the warranty. Only products sold specifically by the  eBay online store are covered by these warranties. Proof of purchase is required to qualify for the warranty.
