Simply set the film speed, put the aperture ring on Auto and the camera then adjusts the aperture to suit the light level. Manual aperture settings allow for flash photography and focussing is by zone, with 4 settings.

And it's always ready to use as it needs no batteries.

A remarkably usable, but simple camera from a time when we knew how to build things.
