Gorgeous soft and fluffy full circle petticoat.

Single layer so minimal uplift.

This used to be a double layer petticoat but was too full. One layer has been removed. I have added a new top piece to the removed layer to make a new petticoat.

White with a frill in pink, blue and lilac.

Waist measures 28" and will stretch over 54" hips.

25" long.

Excellent condition.
