We guarantee that every item will arrive in brand-new condition. If there are any issues with your order, please contact us prior to returning any parts. We are happy to help correct any problems.

As a result, we will only issue a credit if we receive the item in the same condition as delivered. 

All packages are packed according to Fed Ex guidelines. Orders must be returned in original packaging and in re-sellable condition. We strongly suggest inspecting the glass before accepting it.
