Technical Description 

A fine 18th century engraved opaque twist wine glass dating to c1760.

The glass has a long ogee bowl engraved around the rim with a floral and geometric band. Sits on a double series opaque twist stem consisting of an 11-ply spiral band outside two pairs of spiral threads. Conical foot with snapped pontil.

Condition

No chips or cracks, the foot rim has had a polish.
