Rare wood shipping crate box that originally held this book set - R.E. LEE  4 Volumes - PULITZER ED. - SCRIBNER'S.  It still has its original top which is hardly ever found.  The box itself is about 10.5" wide x 7 1/8" tall x 7 7/8" deep (measurements do not include top).  The box corners are dovetailed.  It has a great look, as the wording is printed on both sides.  Found in an estate.  VG condition.  Rarely offered for sale.
