My neighbor made this! It’s so cute. I can’t imagine stuffing all those arms. She said it’s not perfect, but I think it looks great. Machine sewn with some hand stitches. How she got him stuffed, I don’t know. There’s a small hole on one arm.

She used it as a shelf sitter in her little boy’s room and is now redecorating. He’s pretty firm so he stays put where you put him.
