Seam pop at the elastic waist, one of the hems of one sleeve needs re-tacked. Super Cute as it has a VERY Flared Skirt. Measures Chest 30-31", Waist 20-28", Waist to hem 23 1/2", she tacked up the hem, there's about 2 1/4" to let down. I think this is store bought as the word "Washable" is printed on the back of the belt, but I dunno.
