This is a 1920’s 12 size, 17 jewel, gold filled Gruen Veri-Thin Swiss pocket watch. And very thin it is - at only 8 mm. It has a light silver dial with a second hand sub dial, and contrasting gold hands and markers. It has a reference/serial number on the movement of 4-208968. A great piece for the Gruen Swiss watch collector..!

This is a pre-owned fully working watch that keeps good time - as of over 6 hours up to this listing. Cosmetically this watch is in superb condition..! The photo doesn't do this watch justice, as it appears to show some discoloration/distortion on dial and markers. Its not actually there, just bad reflection from our uneven lighting..! On the dial there is only one small scratch on outside edge dial just below the 1 marker, and one tiny spec just below left side of hallmark. The case only has a couple of very light scratches on the back. Note: Even though this is a working watch, we cannot offer any long term warranty due to it's 80 year age.
