OMEGA Constellation Day/Date Quartz Watch, cal 1310, c.1975

Vintage OMEGA Constellation Quartz watch, dating from 1975. The watch is not running and is being sold for spares or repairs. The movement is clean and is complete with its coil cover – which often gets lost! Selling as spares/repairs, it running.

The Omega calibre 1310 was their first quartz movement. The Omega caliber 1310 was introduced in 1973. It was Omega’s first in-house quartz movement and was produced until about 1978. It has 8 jewels and a frequency of 32,768Hz. The serial number on this watch dates it to 1975.

The gold plating on the case has worn down to the brass in most areas – see pics.

Dial in good condition. Acrylic glass has a couple of light marks. The watch measures approx. 36mm across.
