Vintage Peach Pastel Silk Crepe Lace Handkerchief Sleeve Jacket & Dress

This vintage peach pastel silk crepe lace handkerchief sleeve jacket and dress set dates from the 1920s. It is made of a pastel peach color silk chiffon crepe textured fabric and a peachy cream color floral leaf pattern lace fabric. This pretty peach pastel two piece dress ensemble includes a loose fitting drop waist style sleeveless dress with a lace yoke top, flared handkerchief hem short skirt with lace panel inserts, side snap closures and is sheer, unlined with a chiffon lining backing the lace top only. The dress measures 40 inches long, with a 36 inch chest, 30 inch waist and 36 inch hips. Included is a matching fabric jacket a ruffled flounce trim edging, an open front with no closure, long sleeves with lace trimmed flared handkerchief cuffs and is sheer, unlined. The jacket measures 23 inches long, with a 36 inch chest, 22 inch long sleeves and a 13 inch back. The outfit is in good condition, has not been cleaned with some faint discoloration staining in areas (see close-ups). This is truly a wonderful piece of Art Deco wearable art!
