Dead on Arrival (DOA):
In the unfortunate event that your item is Dead on Arrival (DOA), we ask that you inform us within 30 days of receiving the product. To process a DOA claim, please return the item in its original condition, complete with its packaging and a proof of purchase, ensuring there is no physical damage.
Standard Warranty:
For items found to be faulty outside the 30-day DOA period but still within the specified warranty period (2 years), our standard warranty procedure applies.
For all hardware covered under warranty, please expect an estimated processing time of 2-3 weeks. During this time, we will either repair or replace the product with an identical or equivalent model. If stock is unavailable, a refund will be issued at the discretion of the manufacturer.
